Richard HKS Thackston was awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, (ABR), by the Real Estate Buyers Council of the National Association of Realtors, joining more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation, but making him one of less than a half dozen in the Monadnock Region. Requirements for the designation include successfully completing a course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty in addition to verified successful experience as a buyer’s agent.

Richard is a member of the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a licensed real estate Sales Person in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts, and is a member of both the Northern New England Real Estate Network and the Massachusetts Property Information Network.
